Why we exist
Enterprise AI buyers have two traditional options. A Big 4 or MBB firm will staff a 20-person team, run a 9-month program, and deliver a polished slide deck plus a prototype. A freelancer will ship code faster, but with no QA, no compliance layer, and key-person risk if they get sick. Teams that need working AI in production today fall through the gap.
Dyyota was started in 2024 to fill that gap. The founding team had spent years watching enterprise AI projects stall in the discovery-to-pilot-to-production gauntlet. The pattern was consistent: scope too broad, too many stakeholders, not enough real engineering. We built Dyyota around the opposite shape. Scope one workflow. Ship it in 4-6 weeks. Prove it works in production. Then expand.

How we work
Ship to production, not to slides
Every engagement ends with running software, not a deck. We deliver to your production environment, hand over the monitoring dashboards, and stay on-call for the first 4 weeks of live traffic.
Scope tightly; expand deliberately
Large AI programs fail because scope creeps before the first system works. Our first engagement is always one workflow, end-to-end, in 4-6 weeks. Once that one works in production, we expand.
Senior engineers do the work
The people in sales meetings are the people writing the code. No offshore hand-off, no junior-heavy pyramid. You get staff-level engineers for the whole engagement.
Honest about limits
There are projects we're not the right fit for: $50M global transformations, regulated-industry programs that need a Big 4 name on the contract, or scope so exploratory nothing can be promised. We'll tell you when to pick someone else.
Security posture
We're an early-stage firm, so we don't have a shelf of paid-for certifications yet. What we do have is a straightforward operating model: your data stays in your infrastructure wherever possible, we scope access narrowly to the systems the agent actually needs, and we write audit trails for every decision the agent makes.
For regulated-industry engagements we adapt controls to your existing compliance posture (your SOC 2, your BAAs, your DPAs, your ISO alignment) rather than bolting ours on top. If you need Dyyota to pursue specific certifications as a condition of engagement, we can scope that into the delivery plan up front.
Who you'll work with
Every engagement is staffed with a 3-8 person pod of senior engineers, a tech lead, and a delivery PM. No offshore hand-off. The people you meet in the scoping call are the people writing the code.
